This will teach you for driving round with your willy hanging out without your seatbelt on whilst using your phone.

I won't lie though, that's quite a magnificent piece of multitasking.

Re: 12 points Driving Ban
My brother was caught speeding and 3 points added to his licence so it totaled 12 points and a ban, the day before the first lot of 3 points were due to expire.

Now that's what I call GUTTED.

Re: 12 points Driving Ban
A friend of mine who had a son, accrued 15 points on his licence,

Another friend of mine advised him to say that as his mother was a single parent she would struggle if he was banned as he would not be able to work and contribute and his younger brother would also suffer. I told my friend that he would be wasting his time sending a letter to court with 15 points for speeding was disgraceful and would not wash with any court

Anyway i went to court with my friend and his son and said letter,(no legal representation) the bench retired for 10 minutes in discussing the case and returned to say that this cavalier attitude to speeding had to stop he would not be banned he would be fined £650 and if he ever got any more points he would be banned with immediate effect

My friend's son as far as I am aware has not had anymore points since

Were the points accrued over a period of time or in 1 go.

I think you can only get off if they have dependents and it can be shown that by losing your license the dependents will suffer
